Message	it is posted somewhere. If you E-mail Tom B he'll prob be nice to E-mail you it back, that's where I got mine. It's in chart form, and describes the different ways a tick apprears and whether or not that suggests lifters, VTC springs, or the auto tensioner. I just found my hard copy, it's TSB (technical service bulletin) NTB92-016.
